PRESS RELEASE INNOROBO

FIRST COMMERCIALLY AVAILABLE HUMANOID SERVICE ROBOT

This robot is called REEM and is a product of PAL Robotics, a Spanish engineering company. INNOROBO takes place in Lyon-France from March 14 to 16 and is considered the most important robot event in Europe.

REEM will be functioning at the event as a dynamic information point and guide. It will show  its capabilities at the demonstration area during various specific technical demonstrations, and of course you will be able to interact with REEM yourself. REEM can mimic your movements, can guide you to an indicated location or can provide you any information about the event, conferences or about the city of Lyon.

Next to REEM, the company is also presenting it’s robotic engine modules, robotic wrist and arms, which will be demonstrated at PAL Robotics’ stand, C26. Representatives of PAL Robotics will be pleased to answer any questions.

INNOROBO is gathering a thorough representation of the international service robotics community and targeted professionals interested in the various fields of applications of this fast emerging industry, through a cycle of high end conferences and a dedicated exhibition hall. During 3 days, professionals and visionaries will come and share their expertise and knowledge on how tomorrow’s robots from the service robotics industry could be our companion, care taker, assistant and prolong the human abilities to help us solve societal issues we already have and will face soon.

The event is founded by Syrobo, the French Federation of service robotics. Its goal is to unite all European business players engaged in the field of service robotics, whether economic firms, educational institutions, research laboratories or renowned individuals.
