We are looking for a project manager who will have the responsibility to manage, supervise and motivate project groups working in an agile environment, to enable them complete assigned tasks within set time, and to deliver top performance. The person will work in close contact with managers to follow both, customer projects and internal projects.
Primary duties
- Project planning: creating detailed project plans, including schedules and resource allocation.
- Monitoring and control: Monitor project progress and update plans and schedules as necessary. Prepare progress reports and keep stakeholders informed.
- Client communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and gather input.
- Resource management: Optimize the allocation and utilization of project resources.
- Proactively identify and address potential project risks.
- Project reporting: Maintain organized and up-to-date project documentation.
- Daily use of project management software (Clickup or similar).
- Innovation Analysis: Collaborate with the technical team to assess the feasibility of innovative projects.
Qualifications
Mandatory requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a Science-related field.
- Project Management certification (Agile is a plus).
- 3+ years of experience in Project Management.
- High level in English and Spanish (other languages such as French are a big plus).
- Knowledge on project management software (ClickUp, Jira, etc)
- Being an excellent team player.
- Good knowledge of Google drive suite (excel, spreadsheets, etc)
- Soft skills: organization, communication, leadership, motivation, initiative, autonomy, flexibility, proactivity.

Job description
We are looking for a Robotics Engineer specialized in Reinforcement Learning (RL) to develop, deploy, and validate control policies on real robotic systems. You will work at the intersection of simulation and hardware, building robust policies in simulation (MuJoCo / MJLab) and transferring them to real robots with high reliability. This role requires strong expertise in policy learning, sim-to-real transfer, and system identification, as well as hands-on experience validating behaviors on physical platforms.
Primary duties
- Develop RL-based control policies for robotic systems using MuJoCo and MJLab.
- Design and train locomotion and manipulation policies, including walking, balancing, grasping, and object interaction.
- Implement and compare pure reinforcement learning approaches with imitation learning methods like behavior cloning and offline RL.
- Deploy and validate trained policies on real robot hardware to ensure effective performance.
- Bridge the sim-to-real gap using system identification, domain randomization, and actuator/dynamics modeling.
- Analyze failures and iterate on models, reward functions, and training setups to improve performance.
- Integrate policies into existing robotics stacks, such as ROS 2-based systems.
- Collaborate across teams, interfacing with control, perception, and hardware specialists.
Qualifications
Mandatory requirements
- MSc or PhD in Robotics, Machine Learning, Control, or a related field.
- Strong experience in Reinforcement Learning specifically applied to the field of robotics.
- Hands-on experience with MuJoCo, with MJLab proficiency considered a strong plus.
- Proven experience deploying learned policies on real robotic systems and hardware.
- Solid understanding of robot dynamics, control, policy optimization (PPO, SAC, etc.), and imitation learning.
- Experience with sim-to-real transfer techniques, such as domain randomization and system identification.
- Proficient programming skills in both Python and C++.
- Familiarity with robotics frameworks, particularly ROS 2.

As part of your role, you will be responsible for system design, implementation, and overseeing the manufacturing release. The ideal candidate should demonstrate expertise in system design, both analog and digital circuitry, exhibit strong communication skills, and possess the ability to lead and nurture a team of Electronics Engineers.
Primary duties
- Analysis of requirements, conceptualization and development of electronic circuits with micro-controllers and peripheral components for AD/DA conversion, sensor technology/electrical actuators, bus interfaces etc.
- Design and development of electronics systems for advanced robotics platforms, with a focus on BLDC motor control and power board design for battery-powered systems.
- Develop firmware for motor control, sensor acquisition and communication.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineering, software development, and firmware engineering, to ensure seamless integration of electronic components.

- Minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience in designing and programming motor control systems for BLDC applications, as well as power board design for battery-powered systems.
- Strong background on motor control drivers, CAN and EtherCAT buses.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, Python, and experience with embedded systems development.
- Recent, product-focused experience designing multilayered boards including actual hands-on board layout, bring-up, and debug experience.
- Proven experience with EMI/EMC compliance challenges, design for reliability, and design for manufacturability.
- Proven track record of successfully leading complex electronics projects from concept to production.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment.
- Experienced Altium Designer user.

The Production Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and continuously improving all manufacturing operations to ensure the efficient, cost effective, and high quality production of the company’s robotic systems.
The role ensures that production activities are aligned with business objectives, delivery commitments, quality standards, and financial targets while maintaining a safe and collaborative working environment. The Production Manager acts as the operational bridge between Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality and Logistics to guarantee industrial excellence from product release to customer delivery.

- Ensure manufacturing targets are achieved in terms of safety, quality, cost, delivery, and productivity.
- Coordinate daily production activities and allocate resources according to operational priorities.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and material traceability in collaboration with the operations department
