Job description

We are looking for a project manager who will have the responsibility to manage, supervise and motivate project groups working in an agile environment, to enable them complete assigned tasks within set time, and to deliver top performance. The person will work in close contact with managers to follow both, customer projects and internal projects.

Primary Duties

• Project planning: creating detailed project plans, including schedules and resource allocation.
• Monitoring and control: Monitor project progress and update plans and schedules as necessary.
• Prepare progress reports and keep stakeholders informed.
• Resource management: Optimize the allocation and utilization of project resources.
• Proactively identify and address potential project risks.
• Project reporting: Maintain organized and up-to-date project documentation.
• Daily use of project management software (Clickup or similar).
• Innovation Analysis: Collaborate with the technical team to assess the feasibility of innovative projects.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a Science-related field.
• Project Management certification (Agile is a plus).
• 1+ years of experience in Project Management.
• High level in English and Spanish (other languages such as French are a big plus).
• Knowledge on project management software (ClickUp, Jira, etc)
• Being an excellent team player.
• Good knowledge of Google drive suite (excel, spreadsheets, etc)
• Soft skills: organization, communication, leadership, motivation, initiative, autonomy, flexibility, proactivity.

Other valued skills (not mandatory)

• Experience as a Project Manager in technical projects.
• Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.

You will take charge of our marketing efforts, product definition, defining market fit and strategies for customer acquisition and revenue growth. Your role balances strategic planning with hands-on execution, ensuring our robotics products effectively move through the marketing pipeline from awareness to retention. • Develop and implement growth strategies for our products, prioritising initiatives to maximise impact.
• Craft and execute a comprehensive marketing plan in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Develop business models and pricing models for the products.
• Analyse and maintain detailed buyer personas, segments and customer journey maps.
• Drive demand with innovative marketing tactics.
• Manage KPIs and metrics to measure product success and inform future strategies.
• Monitor the competitive landscape to strategically position our products.
• Translate technical product details into compelling benefits for users
• Assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, optimising for ROI.

Qualification

Mandatory Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or a technical degree with marketing experience is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a technology-focused industry.
• Passion for technology is a big plus.
• Strong project management skills.
• Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Computer skills, including MS Office (especially MS Excel) and Google drive suite (docs, spreadsheets, etc)
• Applicants need to have a European work permit.
• Proficient in English and Spanish, with availability to travel as needed.

Primary duties

• Design, develop, and maintain firmware for motor control and power board systems
• Collaborate with hardware engineers to ensure seamless integration of firmware with hardware components
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of firmware to ensure quality and reliability

Qualifications

• Strong interest in firmware development and embedded systems
• Basic knowledge of C programming
