COVID-19: Our top priority is safety to ensure we keep delivering at our best

Our priority during COVID-19

Based on the set of exceptional measures described by the Ministry of Health, we are currently under the emergency “State of alarm” in Spain due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, as numbers continue to rise throughout Europe.

With this situation, first of all, we would like to say to everyone, please take care of yourselves and others. We hope that you manage to stay safe and well and support each other during this difficult time for all.

At the moment we are still active and operating normally as far as possible. However, due to the official “State of alarm” in the country that will last until the 29th of March, there may be an impact on robot production because of the limitations on movement of materials and logistics. Therefore, even though we are doing our best to prevent complications, it would be reasonable to expect some delays during this period for those with scheduled deliveries in the coming weeks.

We have been following all the recommendations of the health authorities and acting accordingly, therefore most of our PAL Robotics team is working remotely and continuing with business as usual.

If you have questions or concerns about the above, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We want to say thank you to all of our customers and to the PAL Robotics’ family for your patience. We are continuing in our work of designing the best possible robots for you while providing uninterrupted customer service and support from our team remotely.
