Dr. Jerry Prat visited our lab!

Last month, Dr. Jerry Pratt visited PAL Robotics to discuss a possible collaboration on the development of humanoid robot technology. Dr. Pratt is a principal investigator at the Institute for Human and Machine Cognition (IHMC) in Florida USA and an expert on the analysis and control of legged locomotion. Dr. Pratt presented ongoing projects at the IHMC, which include M2V2, a lower-body humanoid robot; Mina, an exoskeleton for restoring gait in persons with paraplegia; and FastRunner, a fast, efficient, self-stabilizing bipedal running robot.
