Our Role

PAL Robotics contributes to RoboSapiens by enhancing the TIAGo OMNI Base, an Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) optimized for manufacturing environments. This robot exemplifies advanced adaptive capabilities, dynamically adjusting to changes in the environment and fleet composition. It showcases PAL Robotics’ strengths in autonomous navigation and task execution, deploying these technologies in scalable, real-world manufacturing settings.

Key responsibilities

  • Developing Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) based on the TIAGo Base family for manufacturing environments.
  • Enhancing the robots’ capabilities in autonomous navigation and task execution to adapt dynamically to environmental changes.
  • Collaborating with other project partners to ensure seamless integration and interoperability of AMRs within industrial settings.
  • Participating in the validation of RoboSapiens advancements through real-world demonstrations in industry-scale use cases, including human-robot interaction scenarios.
  • Contributing to the transformation of theoretical concepts into practical design tools for achieving true adaptation in robotics.
