DESCRIPTION:One of the most exciting robotics competitions of the year\, RoboCup 2023\, is back and will be taking place in Bordeaux\, France. At the RoboCup competition\, robotics and Artificial Intelligence scientists come together from all around the world to share knowledge and advance in technical and scientific progress through different competitive scenarios. For many years\, our robots have been the choice to compete in RoboCup\, and this year is no exception!  \nOur team member will be heading to Bordeaux to attend the competition in person and offer their support to the teams using our robots. Team NimbRo@Home from the University of Bonn will participate with TIAGo OMNI ++. Teams LCASTOR from the University of Lincoln\, Gentlebots from the University of León and CATIE Robotics selected TIAGo as a robot of choice. And the LyonTech team from the CPE Lyon will be using TIAGo Base with the aim to win the cup! \nNonetheless\, TIAGo\, TIAGo OMNI ++ and TIAGo Base will not be the only robots by PAL Robotics attending the RoboCup.  At LAAS-CNRS booth\, you will be able to find our most advanced humanoid robot\, TALOS. So make sure you have a closer look to learn more! \nLet the best team win!

DESCRIPTION:We are pleased to announce that from 14-16 June we will be taking part in the National Robotics and Bioengineering Conference\, an event organised by CEA (Spanish Committee of Automation) at the Technical School of Industrial Engineers of the Polytechnic University of Madrid. The PAL Robotics team will attend this conference along with the TIAGo mobile manipulator\, which will demonstrate its capabilities live through a demonstration. In addition\, during this event\, different Spanish research groups will present the latest research results in robotics and bioengineering. Meet us and TIAGo there!

SUMMARY:Dynamic Walking Conference
DESCRIPTION:From 12 to 16 June we will be joining the annual Dynamic Walking conference\, an event that brings together researchers from various fields\, such as bio-mechanics\, locomotion of living things\, robot design and control\, among others. This year’s motto is “Dynamic Walking – a trip through time and space”\, and the conference will have a “road-trip” format\, as the participants will travel the area between Munich and the Alps. The main purpose of the event is the exchange of the latest findings about anything related to robot walking and running.
