Learning Robotics Webinar – Boosting interactions with ARI

After a successful launch of our robotics webinar series last year, we are happy to announce that we are back with a new webinar for learning robotics! We are looking forward to telling you more about our state-of-the-art social robot ARI during this webinar, through which we will introduce you to the social humanoid robot’s features and demonstrate the robot’s capabilities in collaborative robotics with a live demo. During this 1h webinar, on the 15th of September, 11:00 (CET), we will tell you more about some of the newest features and developments on ARI and explain how to get started with our social humanoid robot.

PAL Robotics’ ARI is a high-performance robotic platform with human-like features, designed for a wide range of multimodal expressive gestures and behaviours, focused on social interaction. The ROS-based robot consists of a mobile base, torso with an integrated tablet, two arms and a head with expressive gaze. ARI works in all kinds of social settings and environments, for example as a receptionist, in healthcare, as a teacher, as an events assistant and many more areas of collaborative robotics.

During this live demo we will demonstrate ARI’s capabilities in collaborative robotics and will hear insights from PAL Robotics team members – Séverin Lemaignan, Senior Scientist in Social AI, Luka Birkic of our business team, together with Raquel Ros, our HRI expert. At the end of the webinar, we will have a live Q&A session where we will answer any questions you may have on our ROS-based robot. After the webinar, we will send you free training material on ARI.
